The Painswick, England

Early winter, 2017, Cachaé and I escaped London to the Cotswolds to capture this set for The Painswick, a Calcot Collection property. This countryside romance has roots dating back to 500 B.C., but the foundation itself was “Originally built in late 18th century at the height of the wool trade,” when it was first named, Prospect House.

Whilst here, I was contracted to capture photos of The Painswick, Condé Nast Traveller later published in their January issue, Gold List 2018. The Painswick, and Cotswolds in general, are a mandatory item for any greater England itinerary.
